Baby Mats And Baby Walkers You Should Know About
Preparing for a new arrival is one of the most exciting times in a woman’s life.Baby activity playmats and gyms are one of those essential items that you’ll end up using often through your baby’s first few months of development.Playmats can be used anywhere, on the floor, the sofa, in the home, in the garden, giving your baby an interesting and safe place to play.A well-designed activity gym should be exciting for your baby and have plenty of accessories to keep them entertained with lots to see and do.This will also allow you a few moments of well deserved, “hands-free” rest!
Firstly there is the Fisher-Price Ocean Wonders Kick & Crawl Aquarium Gym, a soft baby mat. It has three hanging, detachable, ” bat-at” toys at the front of the gym: a fish and spinner, a fish and music, and a shell with mirror which help to strengthen baby’s arms and legs This gym has 3 modes of use: lay at, tummy time, and crawl through, giving you a while to have that cup of tea! Or your baby will love the Lamaze Spin & Explore Garden Gym:providing an innovative and fun mat that encourages exploration. It develops your baby’s upper body strength and lower legs. It has a unique shape, for your baby’s movements. The play mat can also be enjoyed after “tummy time” has passed:your baby can lay there for a while drinking their bottle as you put your weary feet up!however: the next one you must consider buying for your new little one:The exciting world of the rainforest comes alive for your baby with the Fisher Price Rainforest Melodies and Lights Baby Gym! This fun, interactive, and educational activity centre encourages healthy development while it entertains and calms baby.Fisher Price has designed an incredibly lovely atmosphere for babies to develop in with their “Rainforest” range of baby products.
Baby jumpers are hung from a door frame by a clamp or from a free-standing frame. They hold a child up in a seat or harness with only their toes touching the floor, so they can bounce up and down.Suspended baby jumpers are also called baby exercisers or baby bouncers. They are essential for your baby’s development, especially when learning movement. The Graco Bumper Jumper in Little Jungle takes mobility and bouncy fun to a whole new level. It has all the great features of a standard jumper and it comes with 2 soft, removable interactive toys attached to adjustable play rings to bring toys to baby’s level.
Most importantly, there are the baby walkers that are necessary for baby’s movement development. They are supported as they learn to use their legs and feet. The Baby Einstein Musical Motion Activity Jumper Has An Innovative Variety of Developmental Activities:It sports a cheerful, colour that’s eye-catching and suitable for boys or girls. It stands on a base, with the infant bucket seat attached to two arches by adjustable, spring-loaded straps. As a baby sits in the seat, they can kick off the ground with their legs to bounce up and down. This provides vital exercise for the baby’s legs which helps to prepare them for walking. The six-point height adjustment lets it grow with your infant, while non-skid feet and fabric-covered springs keep baby very safe. But your baby simply has to have the famous Fisher-Price Jumperoo:It provides tons of safe jumping fun, which activates rainforest music & lights, creating a fantastic rainforest environment. Now there are added toys all around and overhead, with a spinning seat that helps baby explore them all! A bobbing elephant, swinging monkey, spinning lizard and more that baby will just “go wild” for! Baby spins a drum to activate lights & music. Soft spring covers keep little fingers safe. The 3-position height adjustment ensures a custom fit for your infant.

10 Best Christmas Gifts For Baby – 2009
Selecting suitable Christmas gifts for a baby means more than finding objects to keep the little one occupied and quiet. Baby gifts and toys are often carefully designed to aid the development of the young child as abilities that adults take for granted take time for young children to learn. Here is a list of popular items that has been researched with some of the largest online retailers of baby products.
Of course every infant and toddler requires staple items such as clothes, bedding, furniture and other gear. However, babies also need opportunities to learn movement and co-ordination, as well as how to differentiate textures, colors, tastes, sounds and shapes. Musical appreciation can also be started at a very young age, as can an awareness of letters and numbers. Fun toys and games are available which aid in developing
Einstein Baby Jumper – Great Way How To Entertain Your Baby
Einstein Baby Jumper is a surefire way how to entertain your baby. Feeling exhausted? Wish to find some safe and fun place for your baby? Then a baby activity jumper is right for your baby. Babies ages 4 months and up, under 25 pounds, enjoy bouncing with their legs and swiveling in their seats to play with a variety of developmentally challenging activities.
My sons loves this! We got this when he was 5 months old, and could not be happier with it. Keeps him occupied, and every second that I can get something else done is a blessing!
1. Toys and activity center
The toys seem age appropriate and stimulating. When you put your baby in the activity center, he / she will laughs and acts like he does not know which toy to visit first.
There are toy bars that arch over the baby’s seat. 10 links are included so that you can attach additional toys to the links. This is my favorite feature, because it keeps the activity center “fresh.” If your baby becomes bored with a toy, you can attach a new toy to the link. This has also encouraged our baby to develop better hand-eye coordination as he tries to reach, grasp, and explore the hanging toys.
2. Music
I like the music. The musical selections are classical and they all play for a decent amount of time.
3. Sturdy and durable
The Musical Motion Activity center folds up easily for storage & portability. It does not fold completely flat, but it is nice that it at least folds up a bit so that it can fit in a closet and through doorways.
Overall, the activity center feels sturdy and seems to be made of durable materials.
The activity center is heavy, which is good because it is also sturdy.
The springs on the Einstein Center are not as bouncy as the springs on the Jumperoo. Our son really gets moving in the Jumperoo. He definitely jumps in the Baby Einstein…just not quite as much. He seems to enjoy the Baby Einstein more for the toys than the jumping or motion.
In Conclusion
Einstein Baby Jumper verses Fisher Price Jumper
Einstein Baby Jumper retails for $84 (Amazon). The Fisher Price Jumperoo retails for $83 (Amazon). The fact that the seat rotates to four stations and the overhead arches allow us to add toys makes the Einstein Baby Jumper seem more interesting and engaging.
However, if you are really most interested in a jumper (and not so concerned about having an activity center), I would definitely go with the Fisher Price Jumper due to the bouncier springs. Our son seems to really enjoy both, so I think a little one would have lots of fun in either center.
But, if I had to select one or the other, we would select the Baby Einstein product because it combines the best of both worlds.
Our son is now 17 months old. He is very small for his age, so he still fits comfortably in his Baby Einstein Musical Motion Activity Center. He is moving around on his own now, so we only place him in the Baby Einstein center when he is watching a Baby Einstein movie and we need to get some chores completed, prepare dinner, etc.
Around 8-9 months old, the piano station became his favorite feature.
Around 10-11 months old, our son became really active and did not want to be confined in an activity center anymore, so he stopped enjoying the Baby Einstein (unless he is watching a movie, of course).
Overall, our son got a lot of use from the Einstein Baby Jumper from 4 months-11 months, and we still use it as a safe “seat” during movies, so we feel that it is a great toy.
